How Long has the Backlinking Service Got?

I'm thinking from the seller's point of view, and not how long people will get any benefit.

How many years do you think from now, until everybody knows not to buy backlinks because Google has completely sorted their algorithm?

Google cant sort their algorithm and see that links are bought or acquired natural way... They can only assume...

doubt google will ever be able to figure out a way to differentiate between natural vs paid links

Only after i use links my websites start seeing improvement in rankings.
As of now Google ranking depends on links.

i Use backlink to improve the ranking

Google needs to come up with some alternative (assumed in your case)

I think it is not possible in near tearms.

This is too fundamtel for ranking of pages... Probably not going away in the near future.
