How long for links?

I have bought many links over the past 2 months to help with my ranking but as of yet still no results. How long on average do you have to wait till you see anything happen in the big G after you have built links?

it can take weeks or months even; what type of links did you get?

Are you letting them index naturally or using an indexer?

In addition to what @safeSEOboost said. You want check the links to make they're live and indexed.

Sorry to inform you, but 2 months and no movement means that most likely the links you buy are crap. Sure, it take some time for the links to get indexed and new rankings to be seen, but 2 months with "many links" and no movement .. nope. Something is wrong here.

I always believed that changes come once you're able to find the links in WMT, but I've been told that it can take weeks/months even AFTER the links are already indexed. Don't know if I believe that though.

It depends on the Quality of links, as well as the competition, you can check it out your links are fine.

yes so I would expect some movement after 2 months. Unless maybe your site is still new...

So guest posts or PBNs? If you bought links from PBNs advertised as guest posts, then the quality of links will most likely suck. However, there are dozens of factors in play here. You may have overdone it with velocity, your onsite may be bad, your anchors may be overoptimized or simply, the links were crap. Hard to tell without the data.

I bought services like this one

Can't comment on that one.

Brand anchor was a good idea. How many packages overall have you ordered? How many links were built in 2 months? Site is 8 years old so this might not be the issue, but just curious.

Probably about 70 links were built in the two month period.

Lots of people here and who I've met have said G is taking more time with backlinks this year. But I'd expect some movement in 2 months. Have you checked if these links show up in GWT? If they do, means G has seen them. Couple of years ago some shared a table of how full backlink juice comes a month after month until 6 months have passed... not sure about that but seems G is taking time to count backlinks now.

I would just wait a bit longer really. From what you stated here, you haven't done anything wrong at all.
