How long for Google to Index my site?

I have submitted my site a couple hours ago. The site comes up when I google the exact domain however a lot of the boxes on webmaster tools say "not available" for things such as crawl errors, html tips, etc. indicating that Google has not fully indexed my site. It is not available for any of my keywords (which are not competitive). How long does it take for my site to show up in the SERP?

Also since this is a throwaway site I have a lot of hidden text. Can I expect a manual review upon first submitting?
