Well this hard to say as it straightly depends on his internet connection / number of threads he is running.
To give you an idea, within 24 hours i run a 100K blast and i'm pretty slow, i used it from a VM machine on my main computer.
With A vps or dedicated you can reach half a million over night

24 hrs for 100k? You must have a pretty shitty server.
Personally it has never taken me more than 24 Hrs to run through 1 million links, 30 Hrs max.

What was agreed how long it would take? But nonetheless it doesn't take 2 weeks to get this done. The guy is either lazy or busy with something else.
