How long does this take?

Hi all yesterday I bought £50 of bitcoin to make a purchase. The btc went to my trading wallet on blockchain. Com. I'm trying to move it to my wallet si I can use it. Does anyone know how long it should take to move the money please? Everytime I try now it says theres a transaction in progress and it will let me know when the funds are in there. Thanks alot

It usually takes 30 min to 1 hour at most to me. I don't know how it is with everyone else. Was this your first transaction? If not, how fast was your previous one?

Yeah this is the first time I've bought btc with them. Last time I used another service and that went straight to my wallet.

I've just emailed their customer service. Hopefully they will be able to shed some light on it
