How long does it take you rank a GMB?

There are many many factors that will determine that.
Keep in mind your GMB ranks for a certain radius around your pin, so it depends
on how many other businesses in the same category are in your radius and how
well they are optimized.

It really depends on a lot of things, not limited to industry, location and how well optimized is the competency.

I would say 2 to 3 months on an easy environment, and up to 6 or 8 on highly competitive one.

I suggest tracking progress, if you do the right things, you will get there sooner or later.

I usually average about 90-120 days to see some really solid visibility

I have just completed a local roofing contractors site and it now tops in the local pack after just 7 days. Try and mirror your websites structure to match as much as possible the GBP, especially the main category, add a few relevant services and build webpages to mirror the service, get reviews with keywords and a few local citations. Job done.

Based on my experience, it can take 3 to 6 months to rank the first page of Google. But again, it can depend on your competition. If there's high competition or you haven't optimized your website, it may take six to 12 months.

I'm opening up a service soon (pending BST, don't PM me) in which I rank listings in under 30 days. However, you need citations so probably best to go hard on those right away and index them as soon as they're live. Under 2 months is definitely possible depending on the niche and city.

without review you cant rank. Citation is bullshit.

Citations are the base needed to do some fun things. They are not going to rank you on their own.

You can rank without reviews depending on some other factors, although it's not common in most niches.

There are no absolutes. There are many ranking factors and a lot also depends on the city and competition in it.

I'm currently triying to rank in hard niche ( Real estate) some of my competitro have 300 review. With the current hqrsh review filter it will take me more than a year to reach 300 review. Do you have some ideas ?
Because imo the most effective thing is

I have done that niche with only a few reviews and ranked on top in a certain grid.

Realtors are competitive because there are just so many of them.

I've got a service that is in review right now by mods.

You can send me your listing through DM if you want and I can take a look at it to see if I see any obvious signs.

1-9 months. Depends on the niche, location, competition.

To top it off also depends on how the GMB was created (The method used if it's not a real business in that location)

For GMB, time to rank can vary a lot based on competition and niche. Typically, seeing some movement in 3-6 months is common, but getting to the top, especially in competitive markets, could take a year or more.
