How long does it take with Domain.com?

About 16 hours ago I decided to try out Domain . com so I registered a 4 letter .me domain name. I go to the control panel and it still says:
"Pending"
Setting up your domain.
This can take up to 24 hours.

I have never encountered this with other registrars as when I have registered domains with others they showed up instantly and wasable to use it right then.

Anyone else ever encountered this problem using DomainCom? Should I wait past the 24hrs before sending them a ticket?

If it says wait for 24 hours, better wait for 24 hours before opening.

But it does not take that long on other registrar.

Maybe payment processor raised some flags and your billing went for manual checking.

Some registrar do domain activation manually and some of them need to review order when order flagged as high risk order.
Just wait 24hours or reach the support and asking them.

Just try the bigger players. No need to waste time on them
