I've submitted articles to article sites and web2.0 sites over the last 2 weeks, to about 20 sites in all, oh, and a yahoo answers question as well, and they're not indexed yet, nor is my site indexed. Oh and my site has a sitemap loaded at webmaster tools so G is aware of it.

Did I do something wrong? All articles are unique are were approved.

Or am I just being impatient?

I see threads about "y0 i GoT InDeXEd by gO0Gle in TWo SeCONDs" so I figured 2 weeks should be plenty of time.

Do I need to ping the article sites and web2.0 sites or something?

Ping away m8.. It can't hurt you..

If you have any RSS-feeds, then submit them to:

Code:
http://www.rssmix.com

and then ping the rssmix sites with your links on...

yes ping them ... It can also be luck if Ive had stuff indexed in hours

Sometimes it can take 48 hours (or more)

If its a article bookmark it and ping that as well

Two weeks should be more than enough, what I normally do is post a link on a site I own where Google bot practically lives, once the link is picked up there it is normally just a couple of days before the site is indexed. So find a site that is visited regularly by Big G and get your link on it.

It's a matter of days - hours sometimes.

dude... it depends on the traffic u receive... if u want to get it indexed faster pump up some traffic... u can buy traffic like 1000 visitors / $3 or lower...

cheers...

tzutzy...

ps: just pump traffic to the pages...
