Assuming you pointed some nice backlinks to your site, about how long until you can expect movement? I haven't seen any movement after a few days. Thanks!

Depends on how long it will take to find those links. Build some links to those nice links for faster caching.

For me, I made onpage seo and added some high pr tier 1 backlinks. I saw results within 24h.
Not page 1, but many keywords got indexed and so on.

Ok. I added some high pr links on the 5th and seen some movement, but added about 3x as many over the weekend and haven't seen any movement. Trying to get to page 1 for a 30k month keyword. I've got more high pr links I can point but I'm trying to be patient and evaluate.

It varies really, sometime days, sometimes weeks. Why don't you try Instant Link Indexer? Gets your links out there pretty quickly.

If you have established the link already, in most cases it will take 5 to 21 days. Also, if the site is new or link building just begun, it is likely to disappear from the SERP for some few days to a week or more and re-appear stronger and higher..

Thanks to everyone. Site is 6 months old and some decent authority. 60 pages of content but none of my main keywords are on page 1 yet

I think it depends how quick Google acknowledges and credits you for the links, sometimes it could be less than a day and sometimes longer than a month.
