How long does it take for youtube view count to update?

I'm doing a test. 2 videos have about 200 views and 1000 views, I view the video and I have waited for 2 hours already but the view is still the same. So, I'm wondering, anyone knows how long does it take for the view to update or would it even update at all for just 1 view.

Also if I view the video for just few seconds, does it count as a view?
