How long does it take for Tier 1 appear in WMT & Ahrefs

So I follow this method to build my tier 1 links for my moneysite.
The thing is that it has been almost over a month since then, and only links from wordpress are indexed.
There is no sight of other links in WMT and ahrefs. I'm really curious on how long does it usually take for links to appear in WMT & Ahrefs.

as long as it take for Google & (?) Ahrefs to find the links.

There is no real answer. Each search engine or link finder (whatever you wanna call it) takes their own set of time and it really is random. Some may be 30 days some may be 180 days. It has been very random for me as well. Sometimes links never seem to get indexed. When you see some links getting indexed repeat the process and just move on. Waiting to see everything get indexed will be a waste of time and most likely not happen.
