How long does it take for my campaign to start?

It's been about 5 hours now and all I can see is 0's everywhere, how long does it take til I start seeing some results?

Hmm that's odd, usually it only takes like an hour max to get approved? Well lately it has been for me, Maybe you have something not corresponding with Adwords' TOS? That happened for me one time, I had something in my text that wasnt allowed so it never got approved, but i changed it and about 20mins later it was live.

If you run a normal WH campaign it should be live within an hour.

However if your Ad looks dodgy to adwords you'll get caught in a manual approval filter.

e.g. If your ad contains words like 'download, sex, warez' etc etc you may be waiting for up to 10 days.

I actually disagree with it being an hour max.
It certainly varies, with adwords certain words that pass through filters will trigger a response and will need to be manually approved, this can take up to and longer than 3 weeks.
