How long does it take for LINK Backs to appear?

Unless the links are getting indexed it wont appear on google.
Some sites gets automatically indexed by Google but some don't for these you have to index these links manually or using SEO tools and only after that you would be able to see it in Google.

Well from personal experiment, at first it takes time to get backlinks naturally indexed.
But within months it is getting faster.
for exemple it took 4 months for me to build 1K backlinks in G tools which matched with yahoo site explorer.
2 weeks later, i have 3k in G tools and 7k in yahoo tools and growing each day.
I don't ping my links cause in front of the blast i do, it wouldn't look natural.
ALthough, for smaller campains on others website, i do ping them.

from my experience, my site isnt good,pr is 2, i found a backlink in a pr 5 site, five days it was indexd by G, a backlin in a pr 2 site, it costs 23 days to be indexed by g. i believe your avtive site is a big factor~~ that's it...

If you do all the correct things 1-2 weeks, or 4-6 naturally from my experience. After the 3 month mark, you should definitely see most of the backlinks in Yahoo! etc....
