How long does Google keep content in its cache?

I want to move some content from one website to another without adding a redirect.

The content is rewritten and the image files are rewritten but some of the images are the same.

If I remove the content from Website A and publish it on Website B. Would Google pick up this content as scrapped/low quality/duplicate?

Are there tools of GSC that can speed up this process and force remove pages from Website A from their cache?

I suggest you use search console and its removal feature, with combination of actual removal and denial of access.

Removal request is only temporary but with combination of actual removal it should be fast and permanent.

After it's gone from index you should be able to use the content without problem.

Go check, use site: search operator for the page.

For example:
https://domain.com/page

To search for image index status, just switch to Image tab. All indexed images should be listed.

Thanks! This was the approach I was thinking of. Any idea on how long it usually takes?

And do you know if this will also clear this from all their cache? I am not sure if it's a legal requirement for them to remove the page when requested, but if so I would assume that they would have the tool removE the page from everything Google related.
 
Nowadays, it is impossible to see the Cache status of Google, Because Google Now disabled that feature.

If your content published on your source website more than 2 days? You must be very careful to move the content to other websites..

Few weeks.

It should be removed from their cache too. Hard to tell as it's no longer possible to check cache as far as I know.
 
Thanks. I am in a tricky position because I built 12 solid backlinks to those pages, so I would like to move the content instantly and contact the website owners about moving the backlinks. Rather than leaving it for some time and risking them fixing their broken links. I appreciate the advice!
 
So I think I figured out the best situation for my case. It would be to remove the old domain and all its prefixes in GSC. Wait a 2-4 weeks, until the site no indexes then transfer the content, and remove the old domain. What do you think?
