The title says it all. How long do i wait till I get a letter from them? Its been around 72 hours and i already sent a support ticket.

They usually reply the support tickets after 24 hours. You can also contact them on AIM for quick response.

I tried their AIM, Email, etc. I got no reply.

when I applied it was almost 2 weeks before they approved me, they didnt even send a confirmation email saying they have received my application blah blah. nothing.
