Lets say that i get a website on the first page of google and then i cloak all the traffic to a clickbank product. How long do you think it can stay there. Is it even worth cloaking?

I know of one group that has created 2400+ cloaked sites (unique domains all redirect to one affiliate ID) with a total of over 68,000 pages (all loaded with scraped content) promoting a single adult product - although the URL's are all .ca and not adult in nature (almost like they are hijacked)
Bots see the scraped content, user on SE's see a "sorry this page is down, where you looking for ???" and then redirect to the page where the adult product can be bought.
This was 2 years ago and they are still going strong and Google, Bing and Yahoo do nothing even after several affiliates filed complaints - they are taking a shitload of our sales
Going by this group, I sometimes wonder if Google gives a shit about Cloaked/scraped content.
In my opinion - if you keep a VERY CURRENT list of SE Bots for the correct redirects you could go for many years

There's no way of predicting. It depends on how good you are at flying under the radar - lots of spam complaints from angry blog owners will get your outed and banned faster than if you can do things more discretely. If you're mainly focusing on getting volume through lots of long tails and very diverse spamming then you can last indefinitely. Other times you get banned in a couple of weeks for no apparent reason - there's no rhyme or reason. Just generate some more sites.
Be aware that Google Instant Preview has demonstrated that PreviewBot often follows your shitty redirects whether you do them client or server side, but it's unclear if / how Google is acting on this info.

There are so many variables that come into account that it's really hard to say. You could get de-indexed immediately or stay there for years, depends how you're doing cloaking, linking structure, luck, page content, redirection methods, etc.
Your best bet is to not "put all your eggs in one basket" and try to spread out your investments on multiple sites trying multiple methods. That way you are cushioned from sites being dropped while being able to discover what methods work best and improve on those.

There are way too many factors that come into play. A good cloaking script with a regularly updated bot/ip/search engine base like fantomaster or wpshapeshifter can stay in google for years. I have sites that have been up for 3 years since i started. but even without a good ip/bot list with good generated content, it could still last years. I have doorway pages that are still up.

Killing all the content on your page will kill your rankings eventually.
I think what OP means is that the site with optimized content for the search engines redirects to the Clickbank salespage.
Bots will see the content. Human visitors click the link in the SERPS and are redirected instantly.
You could do that but not all merchants like/approve it.
Since I don't know which ones will cause trouble I don't use direct linking.
I use Fantomaster to create my optimized domains.
These domains show up in the SERPS.
The optimized domains redirect to a whitehat site with CPA Redirector installed.
The traffic is "pushed" through the WH site and lands on the CB product salespage.
Clickbank and the CB merchant will see the WH site as the referrer in their stats.
