I received Bitcoin Payment three days ago from a-ads.

But it is not confirmed yet.

I hope that the network fees where paid by them.

If it’s taking too long, just ask. Maybe they are waiting for cheaper network fees.
 
The higher the transaction fee you pay, the less time it will take to receive your money.
 
It should be fast depending on the tx fee. Do note that currently btc tx fee fan be $8 or more. Maybe the company platform you use is waiting other to wd so can sent with cheaper TX fee. Have you got the tx address?

Something does not seem to be right, I have had dozens of transactions never took that long
 
The advertiser sent 17 payments in one transaction with less mining fee.
That could be Problem I think.

most transaction is done like thi, so it shouldn't be a problem.
do you make sure the adress is correct? in the blockchain what is the transaction status? how many confirmed?
