How long do you wait until start buying upvotes?

Some questions for people working with Reddit:

1) You wrote a comment today, how many hours/days are going to wait until buying upvotes for your post/comment?

2) When you buy upvotes, you prefer to select dripfeed or not? Receiving an exact amount of upvotes every hour can be a detectable pattern? Or is it better to just buy tens of upvotes at once?

3) Paying for a Reddit Premium subscription can be useful to reduce ban risks in 2025?

Recency is a very prominent metric in Reddit.

But I can also tell you with almost certainty that the rules for Reddit are extremely different for different subreddits. We've seen that they can be a certain way for prominent subreddits, while acting completely differently for up-and-coming subs and a third layer for relatively new subs.

That being said, this is definitely not the only metric. We've found that there are certain subs with a high likelihood of abuse that operate under a constant flag for self-promotion (over and above hyper-enthusiastic mods). Country specific subs also seem to behave different.

So this becomes a game of trial and error with your target subs. Much like ads.

You should typically send a small bunch of deferred Upvotes (slowest time batch at your provider) within minutes of you make the post, so it starts garnering attention.

Then gradually keep placing larger and larger orders as time goes by to maintain top comment position.

This depends upon the competition.

In hyper competitive niches it becomes a game of numbers. Since even if you were the first, someone will soon come along using Reddit listener systems and post a competing comment.

If your top competitor is sitting with 2.8k upvotes, you have to find a way to beat them.

If you're already there with fewer upvotes, your job is mostly done. All you need to do is constantly monitor the post to ensure you're the top comment.

Deferring post also is highly provider specific. Some use rapid programmatic pushes that will send all your votes in a short amount of time or x votes per hour delivered without deference. Others will have internal heuristics in place to ensure even if you set it to certain time sets, the pattern remains random and ambiguous.

I don't have answer for your third question unfortunately as I have no experience with that.

1. None really. I'd say buy this within even a few minutes after posting. How the heck is Reddit supposed to know you purchased upvotes? What if another person could've purchased this without your permission and tried to frame you for buying vote service?

2. Yeah do drip-feed. I like to do ~60 votes per hour at the very most so about 1 vote per min, which is fairly organic. If you want to play it more safe, try 30. Even 120 upvotes per hour is normal because a lot of posts can go viral.

3. I don't think so. Reddit ban algorithm is purely based on account behavior and IP + fingerprint.

Timing and patterns matter blend any engagement naturally with regular activity. Subscriptions dont change reddits checks, so genuine interaction remains the most effective approach.

Check history of previous posts and see how fast upvotes are coming in. If your sub is getting 100 upvotes per post on average, don't do it all at once, drip feed to make it as organic as possible. Also don't overdo and purchase 1000 upvotes. Just use "common sense" and check similar posts and just match that/slightly faster is probably safe.

Just don't overdo it to be too fast and you'll be fine.

For the upvotes as the others already answred your question and i agree with them, and for the therd quetion is defently not , Reddit Premium has no effect at all on the chances of your account geting banned, thats al about your account quality and so many other things.

For votes wait a few hours after posting so it looks organic. Dripfeed is safer than instant bulk but keep it irregular premium doesnt bypass checks real activity is what matters.

I just wait atleast 24 hour after that i will do drip feed upvoting. It look natural and gain organic visibility too.

I’d be careful with all of that. timing and patterns matter more than people think, and paid upvotes are easier to spot now than before. drip or bulk doesn’t really solve the core risk. Reddit Premium doesn’t protect you from bans either, it’s mostly cosmetic. in 2025, natural engagement and account history still matter way more than any paid boost.

Most experienced users wait to see organic engagement first; buying upvotes early or in patterns is risky and increasingly easy for Reddit to detect. Drip or bulk doesn’t matter much anymore, and Reddit Premium does not meaningfully reduce ban or shadowban risk in 2025.

always select dripfeed, the upvotes must look natural. Once you post a comment its best to use upvotes when the comment begins to get traction, so the artificial upvotes mix well with the organic ones. Reddit will still ban a reddit premium account if you break TOS.

i wait for atleast 24 hours

Reddit rewards real engagement. Anything fake usually catches up eventually.
