How long do you usually test a new SEO method before scaling?

I usually test a new SEO method for 30–60 days to see stable indexing, rankings, and traffic signals before scaling it.

I guess it depends on what you mean by “SEO METHOD”

Is there even a method anymore? Put the keywords in the title, and in the body (not the first sentence)?

Just get you about 20 accounts on the important social media sites (Reddit) and have conversations about how great you are.

For me it's almost always,

Implementation →
Result (however long it takes) →
Validation →
Immediate horizontal scaling (replication across niches/sites) →
Further cementing my validation →
Feasibility analysis on vertical scaling (expanding on the same niche/site/authority) →
If positive net in previous step, scale vertically.

There are no dates, only data that determines the scale.

I usually wait a bit longer instead of deciding in the first few days. Early data can be noisy, so I prefer to look for stable trends before scaling or killing a method, unless the signals are clearly bad from the start.
