It was roughly 4/5 days, I don't know how much actually posting affects it. I posted a little bit, not much and eventually it got lifted after 4 days. Now they put me in the second spam tier (the actually including those that may contain offensive content), I don't have that much followers so my conclusion would be, not to be the main poster of a controversial story, let accounts that post similar or the same news that are bigger post it first and quote it, don't post it yourself. I'll update how long it took for this one to pass... if it will
