How long do non-email verified Twitter accounts last?

it's depend on how u created those accounts
i have over 25,000 unverified twitter accounts few months ago and will last for ever
Any how did you create such accounts ?

Depends on the actions them taking : follow, unfollow, status, private message .. any kind of suspect things will lead to an investgation and domino suspension.

I've never had to verify an email more than once on any account, aside from when I need to change or alter the primary email address.
Have ever your associated email accounts got closed? In such case, twitter will ask you to verify your twitter accounts again. You can try to close an associated email accounts and check if what I said is true or not.
