regarding cloaking on fb, it depends. It's a lot about luck. There was a guy here offering a different solution, like aged agency fb accounts with no ip attached. could be a better solution than cloaking.

- It depends on how you set up the campaigns. Firstly, you need to put some safe ads in few days, and then you can set the main campaign ( cloacking). You should test some accounts , you will find what is best.
- I have some friends who usually hire some different agencies. They told me they did it to decrease the risk and find what is the best account. And if the account can spend 40-50k, it is good agency account.
