How long can it take for a conversion to show?

I'm new to CPA, but I have a targeted and trusted email list, and some of the people on it have told me that they completed the offers. I promoted two offers and both of them pay after 1st page submit. One of the offers showed conversions immediately, but the other still has not shown anything.

Anyhow, I assume that the advertiser has to check for duplicate emails, bouncebacks, etc. But how long does this normally take?

i'd say it should be almost instant just like with the other offer you promoted, the CPA network/advertiser most likely shaving on that particular offer, stop promoting that one and go with the other one or test new offers with other CPA networks/advertisers

Zip/Email submit Advertisers do actually scrub certain percentage of your leads automatically, then networks will mostly shave another percentage, that is how email/zip submit offer works

Thanks guys for the responses. Dang that sucks to hear about the shaving/scrubbing. I'm driving them legit leads that they most likely do not already even have >_< I may take the advice of just dropping that offer, but we'll see.
