If you upload a video from your gallery, it will automatically be converted into a reel and can be just over 10 minutes long, however if the video is recorded within the app, it can be a maximum of 90 seconds long.

It all depend on the platfrm that you choose. For regular feed videos, they can last up to 10-60 minutes acording to your uploading method , most pple currently opt for Reels, which generally range from 90 seconds to sometimes up to 3 minutes for select accounts. However, in real shorter videos are known to work better.

The ones that preform well are within 3-15 seconds. Anything above that, the chances of the user scrolling to the next reel increases

It depends on the type of the post. Feed videos can be much longer than they were while Stories are shorter. If u want to get better enggagement I would focus more on keeping the video interesting from the beginning rather than making it as long as possible.

for instagram algorithm, 30-90 seconds of content perform pretty well
It can be under 90 seconds or more. There is no specific length limitations

about 1 minute and half but not more to be honest best will be to be around 60-70 sec
If you are creating a reel then it should not be more than 30 seconds because people will get bored if it is over the range.If you are making a video than it will be good to make it in 1 minute.
