How long can a 650VA ups power a PC?

How long can a 650VA ups power a single laptop?

It depends on how your PC consume electricity.
It also depends on if you run your computer at full usage or run multiple running softwares simultaneously.
If you run no software on idle state it will consume so less electricity like 50watt or so.
If you run at full usage it will consume 100 to 150 watts sometimes.
650va has around 500 watts roughly
If your upa is fully charged it can give power backup of 3 hours considering you also have lcd/led
But to be honest I never seen any ups which can give power backup of more then 1 hour in real life

No it won't do any better..
It is even worse then ups.
Ups has big battery then power bank battery

You need a bigger UPS with bigger batteries, try solar energy and some big boys like in amazon search for power banks for camping

Only few minutes

as a rought stimate could be 1 Hour 30 minutes or 2 hours but I might be wrong everyhting depends if the battery is at 100% and the quality or life of the battery since over time then to lose power or efficiency and of course your laptop.
