How long before I can register domain?

Hi,

I already have the .com & .net for a particular domain name, but really need the ccTLD for it.

Now someone had the ccTLD registered, but was supposed to be renewed on 18th Nov.

The domain no longer resolves to a host/site and the whois says that registration has been suspended.


Does anyone know how long before I will be able to register it?

For gTLDs, you're looking at 2-4 months though this could vary.



Some domains will be taken over by the registrar, others will be auctioned off.
