How long before google re-crawl of instagram api sites?

Just realized i had something personal on my instagram account that i realllly didnt want on there.. my name lol. Did realize that i had used an old account and just changed some stuff on it.

Tons of websites use the instagram api to auto link stuff and many linked to my account (see about 4k in google). I disabled my instagram account and now i can see that pretty much all of the links point to broken pages or have no data. Do you know how long before the crawler hits them and updates the search results to remove my name?

Wondering if i should just export them all and backlink the hell out of them with gsa. Or maybe make another account and spam the crap out of the tags i was using to update the pages and push my results down.
