How likely is it to get terminated by doing shorts spam method?

I've been seeing these massive channels grown these way in my Shorts feed for so many months and have been too scared to try it myself. Has anyone actually gotten terminated before using this method? It seems much safer to just reupload things from TikTok regularly, but I feel like these channels are much rarer. Is that because it works better to spam the same video, or just because people are too lazy to scrape varied content?

Very likely your channel will be terminated, if not it the reach will be damaged.

It depends on the shorts you are posting.
If you get copyright striked (which happened to me) it immediately kills your channel. I have tested this. I think shorts spamming already puts your channel on low standing.
