So I am setup to do a $140 deal with BHW member and Jr. VIP Venins
I make a 50% down payment of $70 and after a few days of terrible
communication he vanishes and does not complete my project as we
discussed. What I don't get is that he signed a contract with me like all
my work for hire jobs do and he still thinks he can scam me?!
To make matters worse I file a paypal claim and he replies to the claim
as if he delivered the service to me. Please see attached screen shots
and stay away from Venins:
