how it work Tracking Pixel ?

the eBay epn and amazon associates have Tracking Pixel in the html
that thy supply to affiliate

my question is how mach time the user have to be in the page
before the Tracking Pixel count im ?

When the pixel is requested, it is counted.

As soon as it's loaded. Instantly unless you have it hosted somewhere else and have a delay.
