I search this video: watch?v=lvdmRGxZBJY&list=UU3WdXgaGP2Jm0yJf4zwWNBQ
It's one on channel. Channel is near 1 month late. Video has about 2 millions views. I download it and upload to my test channel - red ban. But this video still on youtube and show advertising. I searched some more and found another channels like this one with one cartoon and advertising on it, but I think with no rights.
How it can be? How to make same?

You can't copy someones video and expect to reap the benefits.

I understand that but I think who uploades this video didn't have TOS. How it can be?
 
Johonson, because the video already exists on youtube what you need to do it edit the video and change a few bits around. For example - cutting out bits of the clips and pasting it else where, like shuffling clips. Or you can cut out stuff in the video completely and add your own little clip tailored to your own channel. Get the drift?
 
As blackhatsami's Said You Need To Edit These Videos , But I Will Suggest You That You Should Make Your Own Videos And The Upload On youtube Cause You Never Know Youtube Might Ban Your Account For Doing The Thing Which You Are Trying To Do

So you think video was make unique by spin blaster or etc? But what with sound?

This channel is belong to a Vietnamese guy. Some crazy guys in my country can bypass 3rd content but me >"<. Im looking for the method here but haven't found.
Do you see the video is bend a little to the left? Sound is'nt clear because pitch is changed

Oh, can you find these crazy guys? It's awesome bypass, their videos are not ban for long period of time.
 
Now video is banned, but it was in top almost 3 month!!!
