How is Tiktok Livestream Viewed in Youtube Monetization rules ?

I know it's quite grey area to begin with, But mostly I see tiktok videos and shorts that are being directly uploaded from tiktok to Youtube which is understandably low quality content since it can be viewed on original platform but what about Live streams that are long and quite more interesting than normal videos, How would YouTube view such content ? what about Facebook ? I believe Facebook would get more views and is the easier to work with platform for such content ?

If the content is yours, it's not a problem.

well livestreams by nature are about interactions with the platform audience. So unless you have the rights, permission or you own the content, it wouldnt make much sense to repost.
