definitely not on Youtube partner program, no way. Maybe injects his own track at the end of the vids for compensation. Most probably bots on views/subs

ads dont prove monetization status anymore.
from the new yt update, ads can show even on non monetized channels.
it may or may not appear occasionally.

yea many farms are run like this.
and yes i can confirm the homepage bot.
thats used by private groups. getting info on that is near impossible but it works.
that does not mean anything since yt can show ads on channels that are not monetized too.

the channel is making cuts and adding value using narrative.
if you make short scene cuts like them, for fair use and add voice over to give educational value, it is monetizable.
now although i can agree that text to speech is not monetizable, they got one that sounds near human like, so it slips through the demonetization bot checks.
if they get demonetized it could be via manual review.
there are several text to speech channels with near human like voice and monetized.
there are also text to speech channels with totally robotic voices and never de-monetized, but thats only because their content is transformative and creative.

I tried cutting short movie scenes and put voiceover on it but I got the copyright, I did it 3 5 times and made the clips shorter and shorter like 9-12 seconds but I still get copyright so I can see no reason why they could be approved with the YPP. And if ever they are approved then I just wanna learn how LOL....like I said I yt is really strict with movies. Any tips bro? I got no problem with text to speech i know youtube approves them as long as you're adding value to your vids

wait you said 9 - 12 seconds.
those are too long.
try 2 to 5 seconds cuts, see which works.
coz most of these channels do super short cuts, not long.
try 2 to 3 seconds cuts between scenes and check if you get detected.
but use those scenes and add voice over, and dont use the movie audio.
Max 8 sec clip.
No original audio from movie .
Loop clip to make it appear longer.
Try using text between clips.
The moment you post more than 9 sec and audio you will get instant copyright.

I confirm I have Ads showing on my videos (I'm not in YPP).
So! Is there any way to say for sure wether a channel is monetized or not?
