How is this website ranking?

I am noob at seo but how is this website ranking #1 spot among other spots on a domain that's not that old without EMD, or any backlinks to the site from what I could tell. Maybe I did my research wrong or something.

goo gle press release submission

They are not high traffic but that's not my point.

I see backlinks, you need to learn how to check backlinks to a site.

There are backlinks. PMD+spammy backlinks = Rank & Bank.

Thanks for reply. I had checked it with traffic travis and a couple of other online backlink tools before. After your reply I checked it again with MS and another online tool and you are right I saw the backlinks. Now I got it

Because they have quite a few backlinks.
