How is this website ranking so high?

Hey guys! So I was doing some keyword research for a amazon affiliate website, and found a pretty decent one. 6K searches, the top results don't look hard, etc...

What amazed me, is that the 4th top result is a website with a .reviews domain. It has 0 backlinks, almost no content and 1 DA.

This is how longtail pro shows it:



So, what is making this website ranking so high? Is google giving priority to .reviews domains if your website is about product reviews?

I saw some .review websites ranking high. But they had some backlinks (5-14). He must be using PBN or hidden links. Idk. just my guess.

It doesn't matter frankly. Gauge what those above and below it are doing and you can assume it has a similar profile.

I have no idea, google isn't perfect and maybe the relevance is insanely good. But with so much blurred out, I honestly have no idea what I'm looking at.

You might have been better off just showing the G*d damn sites in this case, Lol. Can't really diagnose exactly.
