how is this telegram backlink achieved?

I tried creating a channel on teleg to replicate this, but it's been weeks and it never got indexed, the link you see above is also do-follow.

Anyone have an idea?

I'm thinking the channel has to be filled with content/links for google to acknowledge/crawl it.

I believe only public Telegram channels can be indexed by search engines. It can also help if you add your Telegram channel link to site or FB

Yes its possible to index links from tg channels. Channel must have some backlinks.

Telegram channels rarely get indexed. To improve chances:

• Add real content (not just links)
• Get backlinks to the channel
• Use indexers or embed on an indexed site

For parasite SEO, better to use Medium, LinkedIn, or Google Sites.

Too many posts too fast—Google likely flagged it.
Add internal links, submit sitemap, build a few backlinks, and slow down posting. That’ll help indexing.
