It is fake PR. Put it into http://www.opensiteexplorer.org/

Most of the PR checkers are crap at detecting fake pr and the fake pr checkers are even worse.

It's fake PR. People usually redirect it to a high PR site to gain PR(of the redirected site) in the first PR update. So until the next PR update comes it holds the PR, during this time they build a lot of backlinks to look like a legit site and remove the redirect(especially to flip the site). In the next PR update(with redirection removed) it'll show the actual PR which will be nothing.

You can tell it is fake purely by looking it at it. As my previous post explained is using redirects to fake it's PR. It is nothing new.
