So, I know I've posted this story a few times here for situation regarding my main money site but let me give a quick recap.
One month ago exactly my main money site was hit with a google DMCA complaint, this wasn't too uncommon it had happened at least once a year for the last year, usually I'd buy a new domain and 301 redirect/replace the urls and all good.
This most recent time, it didn't work. For 30 days my website has been dancing like CRAZY and it's difficult to see where I would land, so I've bought and SEO package, build a few pbn websites, web 2.0's and submitted my website to directories as well as posted my url on stumpleupon, some social shares, and forums. I guess time will tell where I land.
However, my main competitor as of 2 days ago got hit with a DMCA complaint and I figured huh, here's my time to really shine I can out-SEO him and get #1 (He was #1, I was 2-3)
However, this guy did the EXACT SAME THING and just got a new domain (from .net to .tv, same as me I went from a .tv to .tv) and he somehow got back #1? What did he do that I'm missing? How on earth is this even possible? Was it because his new domain was aged 1-2 months? Any insight would be so helpful I'm kinda upset about this it was my main source of income and I've been building my website for 3-4 years now.
Also, if anybody has some suggestions for how I can maintain the advantage in this situation please feel free
I'm trying anything!
