I have been trying to figure this out for the past month and I am boggled I still haven't found out how these websites do it.

When I search Buy Instagram Likes on Google, there is a couple of website that come up with adwords that offer Instagram Like (Against Google Adwords Policy). When I click on there ad it sends me to a different URL rather than the one listed on the AD. Does anyone know how they manage to stay on top with Google Adwords for this niche?

it's called cloaking and there's a section on BHW for it, have a look :)

Chat with the folks at justcloakit. That's pro advice.

If the cloaker is not high grade and you get caught, the IG or FB account is gone. So that's why good cloakers are expensive.

Just my 2 cents.
