How is this possible? impressions 805, cliks 805

i wanted to ask that question for a long time .....
i am watching the statistics of a cpa network right now
it has the top earners, and their statistics all have the same number between impressions and cliks
for example 805 impressions and 805 ckliks,
the next one has 792 impressions and of course 792 cliks
and so on...
is this possible? what kind of visitors do they get? robots?

it must be a text link with no impression tracking

They embed their download link in the form of a widget, so everytime the page loads it counts as both a view and a click.

Automatic redirects?

it only counts as impression and click when the user click on an offer on a content locker
