So i found a site with 1 DA and 1 PA in the top 10 of a keyword i was looking at, how is that posible? there's some black hat behind that? or how can it be done? thank you friends.

It's probably ranking there due to powerful, very well hidden PBNs.
I see it quite often, zero backlinks or social figures etc.
