Well odds are there not replicas.
Mainly because replica Apple products do not come with the Apple Operating System.
So he would not last 10 seconds on ebay selling those.

In my opinion there stolen or refurbished.

I believe a method of selling apple products on ebay is to not show any logo's on the phone, macbook etc. As long as you do not show the apple logo in the picture or blur it out you are able to get away with selling the item.
