I'm seeing about two a day. I think he's ghosted.
you need to go to tweets/replies. And OP it's most likely quite a lot of factors, Aged account a lot of followers, likes on posts you'll find that company's customer supports will tweet like 600-700 times a day with no issue.

I tried to replicate it on my old account that only has less than a dozen followers. After 20 posts, it got ghosted and cannot see replies anywhere.
Yeah that is probably it, but he must be getting a ton of spam reports though.
