How is this guy hacked this site?? What to do?

Hey B-hatters,

Checkout http://www.msnonlinebiz.com/ and its belong to a friend of mine (from another forum). Actually this is the 3rd time the hacker hacked the forumer's website.

Beside report this to this to the hosting company and other authorities, do you have any ideas how to get this guy? Searched Google but no where to be found. And a noobish question, how does he do that??

Your friend needs new web hosting with better security most of the time the hacking is the fault of the webhost, allowing scripts to alter other users accounts
