how is this guy getting away with duplicate content?

I have a few adwords clients in the acupuncture field, and they linked me to a guy named Frank Prieto who runs AcuMarketing.

Basically, this guy resells a templated website with articles, services spelled out, etc.

the issue is, the templates are reused, identically, articles verbatim, on the different sites.

a few examples (dont know the rules about links so google them) -

harmony wellness center

bellingham acupuncture center

any thoughts on this?

You mean he is ranking with duplicate content higher than the original page? It might happened now and then, but eventually google will wipe it out (at least the algo should do it).

hes ranking other businesses, in other markets, using an identical page, and while I want to hope "google will take care of it", there are tons of these out there, that have this identical website, sold by him, and google hasnt done anything for years.

this looks strange, can you share other Kw's via wich i can check out the rest of teh pages you are referring to?
