how is this guy doing it?

I have been doing SEO for only 4 months and I cant figure it out, maybe you can. how is this guy showing up for so many keywords? can you please do an analysis and let me know?

since i am new i cant post links, but take a look at this:

I thought that was possible by adding yourself to google maps. But i'm not sure ....

Because that's a paid listing, he has bought 2 listings and targeted the searches term via the title, same way you can with PPC. Google is offering this for $25/month flat fee. Google "google places"
