I've noticed that the channel 'Anime EngSub' frequently pops up. I assume a channel gets terminated and then they start using a new aged channel and change the username. The the one piece episode has 260k views and hasn't been removed. They've been uploading now for 2 days. He's running ads on all the videos
How is this guy doing it?

every thng hhe does is clear and easy exept the monetization part i dont get it , i tried the same methode with adsense but didn't receive the money since the channels get terminated about 1 week to 2 weels max

no my friend uu can get copyright at the exact same time not always but most of the time
How does Adsense work?
I come from an eBay/PayPal background and I know how strict payment processors can be. I still need to do a lot more research about youtube before I get into this.
But maybe your Adsense account is not aged enough? Idk if it's like PayPal, but weaker/newer PayPal accounts always have more restrictions than aged accounts

last account was aged 2014 for both adsense and youtube and when my chaneel got terminated they cancelled the payment i didn't receive my payment, but the adsense still working. but sometimes you might receive your payment from youtube if your channek get terminated after the 15 of each month else uu will receive nothing.
