How is this guy able to sell copyrighted material?

There's a bunch of artists who sell anime art. No issues. But the ones that do actually draw them the traditional way(water color, markers, spray paint, etc..), and ship to customers. You can sell on DeviantArt, Society6, etc..

This is the same for drawing celebrities or athletes, and selling the art work. I've never heard of anyone getting cucked for doing that.

I've bought from renomsad before and he's been drawing anime and selling for years.
