Well somebody made this when i send them the site. And rather quick might i add. So its not a ready made template. I think the person makes some sort of screengrab of the whole webpage.
 
Or they're really, really quick in Photoshop :)

Honestly, difficult to tell.
This can be done with a desktop app like PS/Gimp or with a script that you is fed a URL an spits out a .png.
Yes i also came to that conclusion. Maybe somebody is willing to help us and let us know how it can be done.
 
So no one? or are y'all just a bunch of stingy people? That only want to help them self? I noticed that allot here. This way you are getting no where in life.
 
I believe you could do something similar with prezi they have several templates to work with.
 
Instead of spinning your wheels, have you tried reverse image searching that pic to see where else it pops up?
 
Looks like you're selling something; what problem does it solve, and who's your ideal customer?
 
It was made... maybe in Figma or Adobe XD, but some people design mockup templates on Photoshop or Illustrator.
