I have been keeping a keen eye on these types of channels for a long time...I think the hardest part is getting the channels off the ground. One bit of information I came across from research into other channels is that they get community guideline strikes quite often due to the thumbnails. I found one channel tweet YT about it as they had received their third strike and were worried they were going to get suspended. I really scoured their accounts to find that outBut it goes to show, even if you can make some success similar to what these channels do, you will have other things to worry about as well. A lot of risk with no true long-term security.
I have started channels that are new and old - I really don't think there is a huge benefit. One thing I did find was that the older account still got the adsense payment regardless of being removed from the partner programme. So I think there are minimal benefits of an aged account - but nothing to do with views etc.
In regards to emailing the chiro channels - not the greatest thing to do. I would have personally left it out of respect to the guy's hustle. Kind of an underground rule for us online entrepreneurs. But by the by.
Quick tip - email the channels you want to mimic and see if they respond. I have done this a few times and been surprised to get a response with some decent advice. Pretend you are a non-competitive channel looking for guidance.
There must be a secret. Indeed, you still do receive the adsense payment for the period even if your account gets demonetized. Ask me how I know...
So I can see how a lot of those farmed southeast asian channels (that started with gaming content) have no qualms risking it all for a couple 5 digit paychecks using stolen tv sports talk clips before getting the youtube hammer. Farm new channels ---> rinse; repeat.That's exactly why channels like these stump me. They break basically every cardinal rule down to risque thumbnails, and have been monetized for months, if not years. I'm sure his time will come, but man he's been a1 with the execution, whatever it is.

You couldn't be more right in saying that it's best just to do it the right way and harvest the long term success. Been there, done that with the constant nail biting wondering if I'd get away with certain things on youtube. It's just not a great way to go.
BUT the mitigation of work involved is always a good thing. So if its theoretically possible to still be monetized using only a snippet of vocal narration, then I'm all for it.
